What does the MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan cover?
 The MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan covers Manufacturer-specified parts and labour related to certain wear and tear items.
How does the MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan differ from the MazdaCare® Service Plan?
The MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan covers your essential Wear and Tear components and related labour outside of the MazdaCare Service Plan. The purpose is to give you peace of mind that you are covered when unexpected costs are incurred related to certain Wear and Tear items on your vehicle.
On what terms are wear and tear items covered under the plan?
The plan covers maintenance repairs due to normal wear and tear as determined by industry norms. For example, brake pads are generally replaced around 30,000km, and rear linings around 45,000km. Components outside the manufacturer’s specifications or usage deemed excessive by the Administrator are not covered.
What is not covered by the MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan?
  • Should your vehicle have an active Inclusive Service Plan or an active Extended Service Plan, servicing requirements covered under such Plan will not be authorised under your Maintenance Part Plan cover.
  • Should your vehicle have an active Inclusive Warranty or an active Extended Warranty, the performance of repairs becoming necessary because of mechanical or electrical breakdown, covered under such Plan will not be authorised under your Maintenance Part Plan cover.
  • The plan does not cover non-standard components, modifications, daily maintenance checks, or wear and tear deemed excessive by the Administrator. It also excludes repairs due to accidents, intentional damage, rust, and misuse.
What should I do if my odometer stops working?
If your odometer fails, inform the Administrator immediately and arrange for repair at an Authorised Mazda Dealer. The Administrator will estimate the kilometres traveled during the period the odometer was inoperative to maintain the plan benefits.
Why should I use an Authorised Mazda Dealer for repairs?
Authorised Mazda Dealers ensure all repairs and part replacements are performed by trained technicians using genuine Mazda parts and approved fluids, maintaining your vehicle's optimal performance and the validity of your MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan.
How does the MazdaCare® Maintenance Part Plan enhance my vehicle's resale value?
Regular maintenance and the use of genuine Mazda parts keep your vehicle in optimal condition, enhancing its reliability and resale value. A well-maintained vehicle with a documented maintenance history is more attractive to potential buyers.
