Courtesy vehicles are available to customers of Mazda 2, Mazda3, CX-3, CX-30, CX-5 and CX-60 models, provided the vehicle is still within its active MazdaCare Service plan period
The vehicle is available for same-day use only, while your car is in the workshop for scheduled servicing.
Not necessarily. The program is designed to give you the opportunity to experience a different model within the Mazda range.
Dealers will coordinate bookings in advance. You’ll be asked whether you require a Courtesy Vehicle before your service appointment, and availability will be prioritized accordingly.
Use is limited to a maximum of 200km on the day of your booking.
Any damage or accidents must be reported immediately to the Mazda dealership that issued the vehicle. The following steps must be taken:
- Report the incident to SAPS within 24 hours
- Provide a case number to Mazda
- Submit a completed insurance claim form within 3 days
All maintenance and repairs must be carried out by an authorised Mazda dealer or approved repairer.
Failure to follow this process may result in the driver being held liable for the full cost of repairs and could breach the insurance agreement.
Mazda provides insurance cover for the duration of the loan, excluding:
- Personal items
- Damage resulting from intentional, negligent, or unlawful behaviour
- Any actions that void the insurance policy (e.g., driving under the influence, reckless behaviour)
An excess of R4,500 per incident applies. In cases of gross negligence, the driver will be liable for the full cost of the damage or loss.
Yes, MazdaCare Roadside Assistance is included.
Yes, the Courtesy Vehicle will be supplied with fuel.
