Competition TERMS & CONDITIONS

TIGER WHEEL & TYRE WOMEN'S 4x4 ADVENTURE

1. Promoter

This competition is offered by Mazda Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd ("Mazda"), in partnership with Tiger Wheel & Tyre, as part of the Tiger Wheel & Tyre Women's 4x4 Adventure taking place on Saturday, 22 August 2026 at:

• Grabouw 4x4 Adventure, Cape Town

• Rust de Winter, Gauteng

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Mazda prize.

2. The Prize

One (1) winner will be selected at each event venue, with each winner receiving:

• A 7-day Mazda CX-60 Takumi Experience

• A R2,500 lunch voucher

• A R2,500 Sorbet voucher

The total prize value is approximately R30,000 per winner.

The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

3. Eligibility

To qualify, entrants must:

• Be a South African resident aged 25 years or older

• Hold a valid South African driver's licence

• Be a registered participant attending the Tiger Wheel & Tyre Women's 4x4 Adventure on 22 August 2026

• Not be an employee, director, contractor, agent or immediate family member of Mazda Southern Africa, Tiger Wheel & Tyre, participating Mazda dealerships, or any agencies directly involved in this promotion.

4. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at each venue during the official prize giving on 22 August 2026.

• The Organisers' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entry Mechanic

• The competition entry mechanic will be conducted and managed by Tiger Wheel & Tyre as part of the official Tiger Wheel & Tyre Women's 4x4 Adventure on 22 August 2026.

• Participants will take part in the Mazda Memory Challenge, where a number of Mazda CX-60 Takumi vehicle boards in various colours will be positioned at random along the event route. At the designated checkpoint, participants will complete an answer sheet indicating how many vehicles of each colour they observed. Participants may also receive a bonus question relating to the number of Mazda logos displayed along the route.

• The participant(s) with the highest correct score at each venue will be declared the winner of the Mazda prize. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a random lucky draw conducted by Tiger Wheel & Tyre.

• All decisions relating to the competition mechanic, scoring and winner selection are final.

6. Prize Redemption

• Mazda will contact each winner directly to arrange vehicle collection and prize fulfilment.

• Winners will be required to provide all necessary personal information required to administer the prize and arrange collection.

• The vehicle must be redeemed before 31 October 2026, failing which the prize may be forfeited.

• Collection will take place from the participating Mazda dealership closest to the winner's event location.

• Should the advertised Mazda CX-60 Takumi not be available, Mazda reserves the right to substitute it with a Mazda vehicle of similar value.

7. Vehicle Use

Before taking delivery of the vehicle, the winner will be required to:

• Sign Mazda's Vehicle Handover and Indemnity Agreement;

• Present a valid South African driver's licence; and

• Comply with all terms contained in the vehicle handover documentation.

The vehicle:

• May only be driven by the winner;

• Must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (fair wear and tear excepted);

• May not be used for commercial purposes, racing, towing, off-road driving (unless approved by Mazda), or travel outside the borders of South Africa. Any traffic fines, penalties, damages, insurance excesses or costs incurred during the loan period remain the responsibility of the winner.

8. Personal Information

By accepting the prize, winners consent to Mazda Southern Africa and Tiger Wheel & Tyre processing and sharing their personal information solely for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the prize in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation.

9. Publicity

Winners may be invited to participate in promotional photography, video or publicity related to the competition. Participation is voluntary and consent will be obtained before any content is used.

10. General

• Mazda reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition or substitute the prize should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

• By accepting the prize, winners acknowledge that participation and use of the vehicle is entirely at their own risk and agree to indemnify Mazda Southern Africa, Tiger Wheel & Tyre, the participating dealerships and their respective employees and representatives against any claims arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
