Mazda debuted its SKYACTIV technology on this year’s 2012 Total Economy Run with Mazda’s latest model introduction, the Mazda CX-5. Driven by Roger Rouessart and John Smit, the CX-5 2.0 Active won its class, using just 6.575 litres per 100km.

Mazda Motor Corporation today announced it will increase production capacity of its new crossover SUV, Mazda CX-5, from 200,000 units to 240,000 units per year.
